A close friend of mine has crohns and cannabis is what allows them to function semi normally. Without it they are horribly sick and cannot eat. It is definitely worth a try!

I do not have crohns, so I cannot speak on that exactly, but I have gastroparesis and vagus nerve damage so I experience severe nausea and stomach issues daily. The only full proof way to calm my stomach has been Odansetron (a nausea medication mostly used for chemo patients) OR cannabis. For some reason I get the most relief when I smoke it, I think because it works the fastest and it doesn’t make me dizzy or sick the way an edible might. If nothing, it at least distracts my brain from the awful sensation of nausea and anxiety.
