How do you deal with crippling anxiety? I can’t deal with this anymore. It’s taking over my life and effecting my health. I’m on Lamictal for mood swings, gabapentin and propranolol. I’m not sure what to do anymore 😔😓

      I'm on Lexapro and hydroxyzine. As cliché as it sounds, when I was having panic attacks multiple times a day, I found it helpful to go in the woods. It's not overstimulating, and I find the smells soothing. Eventually, after some exploring, I found this tree that I liked to climb, and every time I went to the tree, I knew I was safe. I guess the trick is to find a safe place

      I’m on GABApenten but it’s not strong enough for me because I’m undiagnosed but very likely have ADHD, so I have to also take a stimulant to help my anxiety. So I take high doses of caffeine along with GABApenten.

      I relate to you. I've found Journaling at Nighy to be helpful. Plus breathing and meditating. Good luck finding a good medication.

      I'm on buspar, gabapentin, and two different antipsychotics for my anxiety. I hope you find relief soon.
