does anyone else (especially when manic/hypomanic/mixed episode) just suddenly want drama in their life? like an ex views your profile or something and now you just want drama? I'm in a happy and healthy relationship but my bipolar wants something in my life to keep it 💫interesting💫

Um so that very night I had a dream about still being in love with my ex (who gave me ptsd) and made every excuse under the sun for his shitty behavior and I was happy in Mt dream. I was not when I woke up and later that day when I had a flashback
