Help me get my taste and smell back after Covid
Hi everyone!
I’m interested in any guidance/insight into getting my taste & smell back after getting Covid on 3/17/21. It’s been a year+. Food is one of my favorite life things & miss tasting & smelling it! 🥺

Covid 3/2020 I got my taste and smell back at 17 months. My neurologist said not to do the smell therapy. Don’t do essential oil exposure therapy. I missed food to it will come back shortly I hope

I got covid in June 2021 and everything's back but a little sense of smell is still ghosting me🤨
