TW possibly? Has anyone had covid while struggling in recovery? I just tested positive and I have to quarantine for 10 days, can’t go to work (which adds great structure) cant see my therapist in person or dietitian in person (but can virtually). I already struggled today so much with intake. I don’t know how to get my nutritional needs and I can feel myself using this as an excuse. I live with my friends parents so it’s not exactly the easiest to tell them what i need. Any advice is helpful!
