Mine toooo! It’s comes and goes!

It’s so annoying!! I wake up with a headache and it sort of goes away during the day and then at night it’s horrible again! I was positive last Sunday and my work won’t let me go back until my headache goes away

Mine would come and go but I was able to drive it away through staying hydrated (like making sure I drank a cup of water every hour till I reached 8 glasses at least) and then consuming stuff that contained anti-inflammatory properties.

Covid headache and brain fog/fatigue is the worst. I will have it occasionally. My doctor told me “Remember that healing is not always linear with this virus because it is so novel, we take some steps backwards and feel terrible and some days we feel great” So it is important to stay on top of your symptoms and be aware of how you’re feeling 💕 and treat them as you go

Hi! i was able to get in at a Long Covid clinic with the Neurologist/Headache specialist - i have had a brain MRI to rule out anything else and finally we found a migraine medication that has provided relief (Emgality) but there was some trial and error along the way. Mine were terrible beyond what hydration and dietary changes could control. Hope this helps ❤️‍🩹

My fatigue and caugh are never ending I’m 12 days in! When will this subside?
