Feeling Terrible After Covid Booster Shot

hey everyone! I just got another one of the Covid booster shots yesterday, and I feel terrible today. My legs ache, my back hurts, and I think I'm getting a headache. I think the shot flared my fibromyalgia, and the only advice my mom gave was to take meds, but I don't like taking them if there's a better option. any advice?

I would take something to help sleep though it. It didn't last me all day. I also took an extra tramadol. Not sure what meds you are on

Honestly medication is the best option for inflammation. I know a lot of people want a natural remedy, but to get down inflammation you really should just take ibuprofen or aleve. It will help your body heal quicker
