Looking for Counseling and Autism Diagnosis

I talked to a social worker today to find some counseling options and I got several! I also asked her how I would go about getting tested for autism. She said it's difficult to diagnose adults but she gave me two numbers to call where they may help me and also told me to talk to my insurance. I guess all these phone numbers are my next step.
