What sort of events/places are triggering the bursts? Emotional dysregulation is common in a lot of different circumstances(ADHD included). Bipolar tends to be longer than quick bursts, a few days and typically manic/depressive.

I’m my opinion that’s more indicative of ADHD. Bipolar tends to be more over weeks or months but ADHD swings happen when level of dopamine change (which can happen drastically frequently throughout the day). My anxiety gives me a short temper and quick bursts of anger. I would speak to a psychiatrist and get a proper diagnosis. My anxiety meds help so much to regulate my mood.
