I kept going to the loo to pee a lot especially in the middle of the night and I kept dozing off about an hour or so after I'd woken up. I'd had my bloods done a few years ago and that said I wasn't, but then I had them done again last year sometime around the end of last July and in the August I was diagnosed with type 2 diabetes

Diabetes runs In my family, & I'm raised to eat til u get food. My mom right today still say don't be shy I know u can eat.

at times when it's balanced- I always use my goal- cut down 1 step at a time. This time it's higher, I feel sad. so I pray n ask God to send me to ppl who goes through same- to learn lil bits that can help me.

I've been tested today over 10 yrs. I take Lantus pen, metformin, jardaince, for diabetics to. Doctors, Family & friend that tells me I eat lot eat small portions like a small plate. That really takes a toll mentally.
