@LixiKat you can look up how to do an at home tilt table test. i believe a cardiologist is who you go to for official testing? i've looked up the testing and diagnosis process for it and found the info fairly easily, i just don't remember all of it cuz it's been a while. if you're in the us, i know that a lot of places tend to have a long waiting list though since not a lot of places offer the testing. but an at home tilt table test would be a great place to start cuz your symptoms do sound like pots is a possibility. and i know there are some treatment options that you can do for yourself easily without a doctor if it is pots (like increasing sodium intake and electrolytes).
