Diabetes management is constant work, so is stressful. It wasn't until I was able to realize my health was worth the effort that I started to get a grip. Reward the victories.

I know how you feel. I struggle to staying happy and sometimes I dont even want to eat when I feel like It's just going to mske my sugar go up. I think having friends to remind you to stay positive is important. Trying new recipes/ vegetable protein shakes/ non-diary ice cream -low sugar treats help. We have been our own cheerleaders sometimes but we can have long happy lives too. 😊
