Coping with Type 2 Diabetes and Chronic Illness

Hi, I'm new here! I have been diagnosed with type 2 Diabetes a few months ago. How do you cope with the condition? I have also been diagnosed with a few other chronic conditions and I am feeling very tired all the time. How do you stay positive?

I've been diabetic since 1974, and am disabled after breaking my back nine years ago. I struggle with trying to remain positive. Sunshine, moderate exercise (walk 4x/week), and eating right help me feel better and have a more positive attitude.

oh okay, yeah I am working on my diet, but it's challenging. Even after eating fruits and vegetables, I still feel hungry. How long have you had it?
