It may seem obvious but if you dont have access possibly wearing oversized/baggy clothing may help? And if youre alone you can try hugging a pillow to not see it or have it move as much. You can also try the double sports bra method (one on forward one on backwards) i used to do this before getting a binder and i usually also put a vest on and tucked half of it under the bras then put a shirt over it all then wore the actual clothing i was going to show. It definitely stopped almost all movement and compressed my chest quite a bit.

If you have a smaller chest I personally use sports bras that are a little tighter fitting, it helps and sometimes even looks like a binder which helps even more

I'm genderfluid transmasc with Ds and I find just wearing loose tops and nothing is most comfortable for me. I kinda forget about them, the only time I'll say I'm grateful for ADHD. But trans tape has been helpful in the past, if you can afford it. I recommend buying their bulk bundles :) I hope this helps!

im nonbinary afab. who has a big chest (DD). for me i have a spectrum binder and its binds really well. but on days i cant wear it because of work/school i have a multitude of high-impact sports bras. big sweaters and hoodies esp during this season are your best friend. i like wearing lifts in my shoes or platforms to help with my height. i also have an allover undercut so when i want to i can put on a hat and have all my long hair inside and i look more masc that way. i hope any of these can help!!
