Take a deep breath and ground yourself into the moment, not past or future, only focus on what's right now. Then when you're calmer, take the stressors and thought challenge or problem solve. A lot of time with worries about the future we're using the cognitive distortion of future telling. Lots of time we feel insecure is because we're doing the cognitive distortion of mind reading. Remind yourself that you've gotten through all your past difficulties and you have the love and support to continue to 💕

I focus on taking better care of myself and finding calming hobbies. Talking to good friends and supportive family members has helped me a lot too
