How do I cope with someone else who has bipolar disorder and not be rude? I'm so lost I don't know.

I may have some insights but I’d rather talk privately. Message me if you’re interested 💜
Coping is done by the individual experiencing a strong emotion to decrease the intensity of the emotion. Communicating with them, write a dear-man Describe the situation, express your feelings (when you ___ I feel ___). Assert what boundaries you are going to put into place if the situation continues, and want you need to have a healthy relationship. Reinforce everything in a couple of sentences and ask if they want/need support, or clarification. Be Mindful, Assertive, and open to negotiating solutions before parting ways. If things get out of hand: stop speaking, take a deep breath, observe surroundings and their emotions/expressions, proceed mindfully knowing whether to remove yourself, drop the topic, or direct them to a professional. (Hope this helps)
What’s the situation that would cause you to be rude to them in first place? I just don’t think there’s enough context.
Do they know they have bipolar disorder? Maybe more context on the situation and what’s going on
@Appleicous yes they do they're highly aware and they like to accuse me of stuff I'm not doing or something I don't do
