For mine personally, I set up support in places where I am like school, and my house. I talked with my teachers, and parents, and ensured I have a safe environment. In addition I established safe places and coping mechanisms to deal with flashbacks. Thats just what perosnally helps me, I hope you find good ways to deal with it
