Having mobility aids for the really bad days and chugging gatorate like it’s going out of style is really helpful. I have also heard that compression garments in general are good. Take all the time you need and speak up if something feels off, it’s more important to feel safe than “protect someone else’s feelings”

Definitely agree to your last statement. I was in a friends wedding and she allowed me to sit down during the ceremony up with them. I got a bunch of stares and felt subconscious, but again better to be safe than injured

Here are a couple of practical things: Eat salt (find the best form for you, whether that is electrolyte drinks, pickles, or just plain salt) Drink way more water than you think you need Remind your self it is ok to sit in random places, it is better to embarrassed than to pass out or feel sick. I have found it helpful to get compression socks for blood flow. I have also purchased a shower seat for myself. It is important to let people close to you know what to do if/when you pass out and tell them that more active activities may be off the table while you figure out what you need. You got this, feel free to message me if you have more specific questions.
