Coping with Panic Attacks: Seeking Advice and Support

I’m looking for coping mechanisms for panic attacks, mostly random and untriggered. I struggle finding people who relate and understand what I’m going through.

my management team is really great and understands this is a real struggle for me, they always offer their office for me to sit if i need to calm down. and trust me, i have them almost daily, i understand completely.

I remind myself that every other time I’ve had a panic attack, I have made it through. Also I let the HR person at work know I struggle with panic attacks and that sometimes I need to just sit in the break room for a few minutes. She was very understanding but every work place is different. Knowing that we’re on the same page helps me fear panic attacks less.
