      lots of video games!! I like voice chatting with friends the most because I can laugh all my worries away. When my brain has trouble organizing my thoughts and feelings, journaling helps a lot too

      @alien.garbage I do weed to it helps my nausea and anxiety. Helps wonders honestly.

      I use motivation apps and affirmation apps. I like artsy stuff and music. My dog helps me tremendously. Go for a walk take it all in. Sometimes I cry but it helps me. I use apps like rain or sound apps, soothing apps.

      I smoke a lot of weed, but I don't recommend it for everyone. Also music and painting.

      Try emdr therapy. It’s a difficult journey at first- but it helps you to process the trauma without the fight or flight
