Coping with OCD and ADHD: Let's Connect!

Hi there! I am also 26 and struggle with OCD and ADHD, too. Nice to meet you. Juggling both of these conditions has been extremely hard for me my entire life and it wasn’t until the last few years that I was diagnosed and it started to make more sense to me. No one thought I had anything “wrong” with me even as a very anxious kid and poor student because I was good at communicating and more extroverted than other kids. I wish I would have known these things about myself earlier on to help me in my adult years, but at least we’re still somewhat young right lol. Knowing that I have these conditions has really helped me understand more about myself. How about you? What has your experience been like if you don’t mind sharing?
