How do you deal with your depression at night? Mine gets bad at night??

Hi, I find the same thing. As cliché as it sounds I try and meditate while I'm going to sleep, but that's not always possible if the intrusive thoughts are too loud. If it is too hard I will listen to something as I try and fall asleep. I'm sorry I can't give you a more useful answer, that's my approach. Know that you're not alone and things will get better ❤️

Some people deal with their depression at night by always having a water bottle nearby when going to bed, maybe a small snack that isn't going to expire anytime soon, and some wipes and lotion nearby in case there is a bothersome physical sensation and they aren't able to get up to remedy it. Others listen to music and podcasts to fall asleep most nights, especially if there are storms outside. Some also find keeping busy helpful, such as listening to music, writing, playing a game, or talking to a friend.
