Coping with Multiple Mental Health Diagnoses

If it has been a while since you’ve been diagnosed, how did you cope with all of the diagnoses/changes? Just got diagnosed last week with severe depression, anxiety, social anxiety, and Obsessive Compulsive Disorder. I also have a pending diagnosis of Borderline Personality Disorder. Thank you for your time.

I have all of these too except social anxiety and borderline personality disorder but when I did get tested years ago for BPD my results were borderline (ironic). I possibly have PTSD or panic disorder have been told by doctors and screened but not exactly a psychiatrist for that. For me knowing there are labels for what I have I try and think about it as its nothing new its just a name for what I have been experiencing and thats good because I can get better treatment (therapy wise and medication wise) since it is known exactly what I have. Its good to remember it is not something given to us and that some people cant even get a diagnosis at all and without knowing exactly its harder for them.
