honestly i just try to look at it as necessary. it’s definitely not fun to think you need as much as you do to function, but if it makes life a little more sustainable i see it as worth it

Having a pill box helps me keep track of them! And going to the same pharmacy for all of them

I try to take them all at the same time, I have 4 or 5 proscriptions, I also take the Olly multivitamin, but because it’s a gummy it’s almost like a treat, like a “you took all your meds, good job !” Also helps me to remember to take them

Pill boxes and having a specific spot for my meds, as well as a routine for taking them, is really useful.

It makes me a lil sad but i try to look at it by disorder. 2 for allergy 2 for my mental and 2 extra. I can give up two, but the mental ones keep me stable and the one for pain/period and headache prevention save me a lot of hell. So i just try to be happy i guess. I have something that i think works
