I am 49 and have been on a walker and my legs have lost their ability to regain strength and mobility.Iam really scared and not wanting to keep living with this condition and want to know how to cope with this continesly

Talk with your doctor. I agree a therapist could be helpful. One day at a time. Praying for you.

I have problems with my hip and knees but I take cortisone shots for both you so young have you always had mobility problems also look for a therapist I pray a lot for strength

Its tough bcuz i had a major flare in june its taking me a while to get back slowly starting too..have you seen any doctors??
