Coping with Mental Disabilities and Stress
lately I've been working, overthinking and stressing since my Step-son with mental disabilities moved in. he doesn't have health insurance to get the help he needs and I can't see my psychiatrist till the end of the month. so I tried taking some of the st John's Wart I am giving him for my Manis depression episodes. it's helping me relax and is helping my mind not to race so much. I'm also going to start journalling on my computer to cope.
