Seeking Advice: Coping with Meltdowns and Overstimulation

I like using a weighted blanket or a (very) large stuffed animal. Bean bags are also good, but the ones that I have are small so they don't do much.

My son walks around the house with a blanket around him most of the day. Itโ€™s not a weighted blanket but it works for him

The methods I know of are weighted blankets/clothing, compression clothing, or sensory swings
