The methods I know of are weighted blankets/clothing, compression clothing, or sensory swings
My son walks around the house with a blanket around him most of the day. It’s not a weighted blanket but it works for him

Getting dogs to lie on you are also great and I personally recommend!

I like using a weighted blanket or a (very) large stuffed animal. Bean bags are also good, but the ones that I have are small so they don't do much.

"Some people find using a weighted blanket helpful during a meltdown or overstimulation as it provides full body pressure and is very grounding. Others may prefer to drape a thick blanket over themselves, creating a quiet, secluded space. Some also recommend limiting the amount of stimulation by finding a quiet place or using comfort items."
