      @NeedsRealHelp It makes sense! It can be really daunting to try to figure out where to begin. I would highly suggest checking out https://www.psychologytoday.com/us you can select your area, insurance, preferred gender, etc about your therapist that may help narrow things down. You can further narrow it down by your specific “issues” (that’s how they list it). Then you can read blurbs about each provider and see who might be the best fit for you on a personal level :) hope this helps!

      Therapy, that definitely was huge in helping me cope with new diagnoses and how to continue on through my medical journey. Doesn’t solve everything obviously, but it gave me a lot of coping skills and helped me learn when to rest and when to try another way

        @100Percent_K I totally agree, I'm just confused as to where to start, what kind of therapy do I try to get, like what kind of drs or counselor or what, like who do I look for and what do I ask for? I need help with getting into therapy , I know it's something that will help, I just don't who dose what and how to get the help I need....if that makes any sense? I'm sorry
