Coping with Loss: Dealing with Suicide

There is no right or wrong answer to this everyone is different and deals with things differently you just take each day as it comes and you develop ways to handle it each time but having someone close to talk to can help or people who are dealing with the same problem

I'm sorry for your loss. I found a friend who had take an overdose at 63 yrs old.Family was devastated.She had tried several times throughout her life I later learned. You may never know why,but,lean on others and if you're a person of faith, God. I just found this group this week and these people have been a Godsend for me.

Therapy. Support groups. I have no experience with this but take care of yourself, and those two things are always a great go to for loss, especially like that. I am very sorry.
