Try and take a little nap during the day if possible. I try and fall back to sleep for a little bit in the morning also.

I take naps whenever possible. But, sometimes, a nap contributes to not sleeping at night. Try to take one before 1 pm, and no longer than 1 hour. Or, take a few 20-30 minute naps throughout the day. I have the problem of feeling worse if I sleep well at night and actually get more than 5-6 hours of sleep. When I sleep well, it is hard for me to wake up, I am super groggy, and my brain fog is worse throughout the day. I also get double vision and can not make it more than a few hours before needing a nap. It's weird. Thank goodness I am not working and can stay home on those days.
