That’s good advice. Also I gotta look into what a feelings chart is, never heard of that before.

I am in therapy. We are working on mindful Meditation to turn off my thoughts and be in the now. Also working on restructuring my thoughts during situations I present from the week.

Big ask, multiple steps. For me the first step to it all is sorting out my feelings. The constant barrage of things is often made more upsetting by triggering past traumas and stuff so it isn’t always as easy as I feel xyz. I like to write down what I’m thinking in a judgement free space and often I never read it but just use it to dump out all the stuff. If my feelings are backed up and I can’t reach them or I feel confused or overwhelmed by them, I like to use a feelings chart in tangent with the writing stuff down.
