      Journaling, even if it's just bullet points of "I had this thought: [thought] and it made me feel [feelings]" Or if you're creative/like writing, make an account on something like Wattpad and write about them, that's what I did (the stuff on mine can be really dark) and it helped a lot since I could put them into a story and when they popped up again I could just go "nope, that's what [Character] thinks" and write a little about it from that characters perspective
