does anyone have any advice for what to do when ur in between fixations? like when u know this one thing is bringing u happiness, but then it stops, and it feels like there's nothing left that can make things better. how can i make this time period feel not as bad? also, are there any easy healthy fixations u'd recommend?

I should also mention that if you choose a hyperfixation and watch videos of just that you can also force the hyperfixation, but it doesnt always work out perfect. Last week i watched so many tiktoks of people cleaning but instead of putting away my stuff in my room i decided to clean the grout in my tile š¤¦āāļø
OK OK I AM SO EXCITED TO ANSWER THIS, I HAVE A FIXATION HACK. So so so i saw a tiktok a few months back saying that to motivate yourself to do something, watch a video on it. And at first i thought it was some dumb thing that would only work for neurotypicals but no!! It works!! When i start to feel that i'm losing interest, i'll go watch short videos of people doing each of my hyperfixations that i cycle through. From there, i see which one is the most exciting feeling, then watch multiple videos on it, and it forces the hyperfixatiob
