I’ve been taking walks more lately while listening to podcasts and i do little coping techniques as I go. Like counting things, steps, mailboxes, fence posts etc. breathing exercises, whichever work for you. And remember to eat!! I forget to eat alot. So i put eating reminders on my phone and keep healthy snacks nearby. Hope this helps.

Last time I was I went on a 7 mile run and got lost. I don't recommend but something like exercise is good.

I try to go on nature walks/runs to help slow my mind Also any outlet like sports, art, etc helps me slow down a bit Baths sometimes help me too Basically I just force myself to do relaxing things even though my brain just is on overdrive
