Coping with Hypermobile Ehler Danlos Syndrome Diagnosis

I got diagnosed with hypermobile ehler danlos syndrome today. i know this has up to a 50% chance of being passed on to my children( if i have any) . How has anyone else coped with this?

hey there! I have the same kind of Ehler Danlos, and I have been referred to physical therapy and careful weight training to build up muscle support around my joints. Wearing supportive shoes is also a must. I'm still figuring it out myself, but sending positive vibes ~~~
