Make sure you make time for yourself and practice self care. Going for a short walk in nature can help when I'm feeling low, it's good to get away from everything for a few minutes and the exercise helps too. Try to find time for something you enjoy doing.

Remember to stay grounded and that the low is only temporary, and does not define you or your personality. Find distractions if you can or go for walks. These are a couple of things I do.
