Does anyone else get that gut wrenching feeling in their stomach and chest when having bad anxiety? how do you cope?

      I get all of that. Often vomit when my anxiety is really bad. I find that putting coping mechanisms in place and habitually going through them helps. Find the things that make you relax. For me it's music/podcasts/film/TV. The things that make you happiest. Tends to slowly walk me back from my crazed state

      Yep all the time sometimes so bad I end of vomiting... unfortunately I don't have any solutions for you at this stage...hopefully someone else can
