Coping with Grief and Loss: Need Advice

my nana passed away on mother's day and my dog is extremely sick and will need to be put down soon and I have a lot of stressors on top of that and I am not doing well. does anyone have any tips to cope with this? it makes me want to go back to unhealthy coping mechanisms.
