It’s hard honestly. I’m trying to talk with a therapist about my emotions and having a good support system helps. Also just thinking to yourself and understanding that even though we feel that we aren’t enough and having a hard time coping that you’re worth so much and we shouldn’t put our value as a person into being able to “do things” and be productive in a normal sense.
