Coping with feeling too full

Does anyone have any suggestions on coping with feeling (too) full? the sensation has been bothering me a lot lately and it's giving me a negative relationship with eating.

Trying eating more frequently with smaller meals. Grazing helps you get all the food you need without having that heavy full feeling.

Drinking blended (smoothie) drinks help easy my mind because it’s easier for my body to digest when I’m feeling too overwhelmed by the prospect of food. Because digestion takes energy for the body as well, and when we aren’t used to it, can take longer to process those denser increments

I get like that sometimes. I usually try to snack throughout the day or eat light meals instead of eating regular big meals.
