is there any healthy way to cope like feel more in touch with everything rather than feeling departed or out of touch from reality?

      Usually spending time with other people especially friends makes me feel more tethered. Ive never actually attempted anything before but after i first was suicidal the detachment stuff started happening to me too sometimes when i feel accomplished after doing work or something even exercising i feel more real, but it’s hard to be motivated to do that work in the first place

      so awhile ago like months ago i took some pills with the intent to off myself but that ended up in a trip to the hospital but ever since then just nothing really feels real but i haven’t been diagnosed with dpdr but i looked into it and ive been experiencing most of the symptoms
