I'm often feeling fatigued and I am under the impression this pertains to my anemia...I'm currently taking iron that my primary prescribed but I was wondering if anyone had advice on coping with fatigue when you work a 40 hour work week..

All I can really offer is looking at your daily life and seeing if theres areas you’re able to make easier. I have chronic fatigue syndrome among some other things so energy conservation is really important to me. Try and find opportunities to “rest” even if you still have things you need to do. If you can sit while doing dinner prep or something do that instead of standing. If you have the time/money to do meal preps that can be useful too. If you can find and are able to do a night routine to help you sleep better that also can be helpful. And just in general making a note to keep your self care in mind. It’s easy to push it to the side when it comes to work and fatigue but ultimately it can help a lot in the long run. Also if you feel there may be more to your fatigue push your doctor to get you more tests done. I had some doctors try and ignore some of my other conditions due to anemia despite symptoms pointing to additional issues. Hope that helps a bit!
