It is very hard to adjust yes but if you have a good support system you will be fine

hi!! i have been in the very same shoes as you and it definitely takes some time to get use to. I have a lot of friends and family who don’t really understand how scary and upsetting it is but if you ever want to talk about it with me my DMs are always open 💖

You need to make sure you have your stress levels down as well. It will lessen your seizures even if they aren't triggered by stress. People to talk to about it helps a lot

It definitely is a huge adjustment. I'm still learning to live with the changes as well. Having a strong support system, and realizing that it's just something that I'm going to have to live with and I can't change that has helped me quite a bit.

It was really hard for me too, a lot of people sink into depression but it's not that bad. It doesn't define you. It might take a few years to get used to but you'll come to terms

I've been there and still am. I feel like it hinders my life and what I do
