How does anyone else handle the stress of being epileptic and having limitations?

thank you!!!! Cannabis actually causes seizures 😔 but I do try and find safe activities that I can do. I'm currently looking for work that I can do. I can't drive or take the train or work overnights, but I can work day shifts

I try to keep my mind busy by doing activities that are safe for me with epilepsy. Also Cannabis has helped a lot to stop episodes from happening.
