i find that figuring out my triggers and telling my partner really helps. sometimes it's hard to identify them, but if you express to your partner that you are having difficulty figuring them out, you can have an open discussion about their observations and how you can redirect to avoid moments of extreme anger or extreme sadness. just know that if your partner doesn't stick around that it's not your fault. this is hard for you to live with, and even harder to manage. you are doing your best and the people who love you will stick around and do everything they can to help you. you are worthy of that.

I didn't either, I just took it day by day, and I still haven't fully found myself, I just learned to love myself more! I know it's hard but I also know it's not impossible and you can do it :)

I've been there, my ex broke up with me because he said "you're mental health is too much for me, I just can't handle you". It hurt, but I realized I wasn't even ready for a relationship. I learned to find and heal myself before any other relationship! But if you're current lover is willing to work with you ok your mental needs it would be amazing ☺️
