I write in a journal I have.It helps get down in paper what I'm feeling at that time.

I have a journal where I write down everything good I do in a day. For example, if I clean my room or wash dishes despite having no motivation to do so, I write that down in the notebook to look at later if I need it

I too do this. But sometimes I write it down and I have to walk away fron my notebook and review it at a later date when my head is clear.🙏

my jobs. maybe not the healthiest thing, but they’re an obligation and my reason to get out of bed in the morning even though everything in me is screaming not to

Me too. Just a matter of holding on. Sometimes seeing other people happy during the holidays radiates to me and makes me happy. Other times I'm bitter lol

Sometimes I journal or I use the Notepad app because I may have a random thought I need to get out when I'm out and about. For me, some holiday stuff I enjoy watching (think old school Rudolph) but everything else I try to ignore or I just remind myself it's not for me. I think of it like my friend with type 1 diabetes who can't have certain foods. That way I don't get too down about it, it's for my health.

Crafts and reading. Do something festive that brings me joy, or read a book that provides an escape.

Crafts, audiobooks.. im taking medical ketamine daily before bed and cannabis at bed time. The ketamine seems to help with anxiety and excessive worry thoughts.
