I am having what I call a "depression day" where I literally want to do nothing (this includes eating and sleeping). I am not sure how to cope with these days or how to prevent them in the first place. Any thoughts or ideas would be helpful.

      I suggest finding a good comedy with a bunch of seasons. A Netflix/Hulu binge can really really help! If you don't have access to those find a good YouTube channel. I watch Best Ever Food Review Show. It's funny, super weird, but I get sucked into it all the time.
