Hi, I'm Liv and I suffer with depression,anxiety, ADHD, cystic acne, and cold sores on my mouth. medications that I take are Prozac, accutane, I got on the depo provera shot a few months ago, and Im treating the cold sores with Abreva. I'm trying to learn how I can cope with my depression and anxiety which has worsened because I'm dealing with loss. I also need tips for taking care of my skin if anyone is willing to help?

Perhaps, but the doctor's are currently requiring it because I'm taking accutane which if you didn't know, it causes serious birth defects if you get pregnant on that pill. And besides, im not ready to have a baby anyway

I’m so sorry you are dealing with loss 💕My daughter has acne and the only thing that has worked for her is rice water that has cooled off. I also deal with anxiety and depression off and on. I wish you well in all things.
