      I listen to calming music or nature sounds, sometimes lo-fi beats especially to do with videogames or TV shows I loved as a child really help to calm me down

      Focusing on my breathing. Inhale... exhale... and i do it for as long as possible if i can slowing down with each breath. If you can get out of your environment and do this even better, if not, you always have breathing.
