I would say it will get better, but I'm sure you have heard that before. What you should do right now is pick 1 person to keep yourself grounded to reality: YOURSELF! Do whatever you can to improve your current situation. It can be big or it can be small. Those changes will not happen overnight and that anxiety and depression will still be there. But if you keep trying every day, then little by little, the pain will fade into something much more manageable. You will have good days. You will have bad days. And you will still have days you cannot bear. But as long as you keep trying to work on yourself, the rest will be a little easier. I hope this helps.
